Deposit is to secure your time & date. Deposit is NON REFUNDABLE. Customers understand that the deposit is for the specified session. Appointments may only be rescheduled once and must be rescheduled within 72 hours BEFORE original appointment date. After the first rescheduling, the deposit is forfeited.

*Limited to Saturdays & Sundays: if you are unable to attend within 15 minutes of your reserved date and time, automatic rescheduling will occur without exceptions. Kindly plan accordingly for your weekend session.
